Ian Hamilton founded TrustEconomy.ae to explore, define and advance the idea of the Trust Economy and the infrastructure required to support it. His central thesis is that as commerce becomes more digital, international and increasingly autonomous, trust itself must evolve from fragmented processes into interoperable infrastructure.

The objective is not to claim ownership of the category, but to help define it — to ask the difficult questions, connect existing areas of technology, regulation and professional assurance, develop a common language, and encourage businesses, institutions, technologists, researchers and policymakers to consider how trust should work in an AI-driven economy.
